Every journey has a beginning, and this painting marks mine. I created this artwork years ago, at a time when I was just exploring what painting truly meant to me. The play of sunlight breaking through the trees always fascinated me, and I tried to capture that moment of calm and warmth on canvas.

Looking back at it now, this painting reminds me how far I’ve come and how deeply I’ve fallen in love with art. It may not be perfect, but it carries the raw emotion and excitement of starting something new.

I wanted to share this as my very first painting here, because it represents the roots of my journey — and from here, I look forward to growing, experimenting, and sharing more of my works with you all.

🎨 Realism vs. Fast & Free Art – My Thoughts

In my last post, I ended with a question: “Do you think realism is worth the hours, or do you prefer art that’s fast and free ?” And honestly, I’ve been thinking about it too. Realism: The Slow Magic Realism is where I lose track of time. I’ll sit for hours, obsessing over one tiny wrinkle or the way light falls on fabric . Sometimes it feels never-ending, but when someone looks at the painting and says, “Is this a photo?” —all that patience feels worth it. It’s like a quiet victory between me and the canvas.
